There are several council run and also privately run car parks such as the Rectory car park above the South Beach. Many are seasonal but the Multi storey car park on Upper Park Road is open all year. There are designated motor cycle spaces at the Multi Storey (by Sainsbury's) and disabled parking is available in all car parks but charges may apply so check on arrival.

The Climbing Centre is situated at the bottom of Castle Slipway just before you get on to Castle Beach. We are opposite Dennis Cafe and St. Catherine's Island is just in front of us.
Walking from the multi-story car park next to Sainsbury's, turn right and walk towards the town centre, cross the road when you see the walled town in front of you and go right. Turn left through the 5 Arches and continue straight and follow the road around St. Mary's Church and bear right. Continue down this road walking past all the shops until you reach Tenby Harbour. Turn right under the arch and down the slipway to the beach. We are the last building on the left with huge green doors. Welcome to The Overhang.
Coming from the east, head west on the A40 until you reach the Little Chef roundabout at St. Clears. Take the 1st exit onto the A477 for 11.8m. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A478. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Narberth Road/A478. At the roundabout (by petrol station) take the 1st exit under bridge and follow the road until you reach the Multi-storey car park on Upper Park Road.
From Pembroke Dock, Waterloo roundabout, head southeast on the A477. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the B4318. Continue on this road until you come to a junction, turn left. At the 2 mini roundabouts, go straight over and up the road that goes under the bridge and follow the road until you reach the multi-storey car park on Upper Park Road.
The bus station is just by the multi-storey car park, follow the walking directions at the top.
Travelling by train - turn left out of the train station, walk up the road past the Post Office and cross the road. Carry on up the road, cross over to the sea view. With the sea on your left walk either down the cobbled road or past the shops all the way to the harbour. Walk through the arch and down the slipway.
